I know that there is a poodle named Harriet who owns a barber shop. I just need to know how to get her in my town.How do I get Harriet and her barber shop to be in my town on Animal Crossing-Wild World?
She is part of the Nookington store upgrade. (Tom Nook's store)
To get upgrades from the stores, you need to spend a certain amount of bells at his store.

You need to buy enough stuff for your nook store to upgrade to the 3rd level, the supermarket. Then, have someone on wifi, or on another DS, visit your town and buy something from your nook store. You will then have to buy even more stuff from the store to get the last nook upgrade, the Dept store. The barber shop is inside that.
