You will not be able to get this music 'for free'. It might come as a huge surprise to you that musicians and their families have to pay for food, drink, equipment, clothing, travel and accommodation just like you and I do. They cannot afford to do this if people steal their music. 'Free' downloads of this music would be illegal as they are in copyright and would constitute an act of theft, contravening international copyright law.
Barber's Violin Concerto is still under copyright. A general rule to go by is if a piece was written in the last 100 years, it is still under copyright. This piece was written in 1939 so you will not be able to obtain a copy without paying for it. I too would recommend www.sheetmusicplus.com if you wish to purchase the piece.
