How to start my own barber shop???

Aight im 16 years old and i've been taking business classes since i've been in high school. I already know how i want to set it up now i just need help on how to get started and what to do!!!!How to start my own barber shop???
ok here is an honest answer ... you probably cant open your own shop quite yet simply because in most states in order to have a barber shop you need to be licensed by the state and the minimum age is 18. also, i believe most states require you to take training classes through an approved school before becoming licensed.

on the other hand, you should stay focused on your goals and keep planning until you are 18. also, think about other things you can do in the meantime.

final note, if you (or your parents) have the cash for you to open the shop you may want to consider finding a business partner who is licensed (or old enough) to get licensed and do the work.

go luck and remember always BE A SUCCESS MAGNET!How to start my own barber shop???
Good on you. Check my Web site at http://barberzone.biz. I have a 50 sq ft, single chair barber shop. With 4,000 haircuts a year at $15 a cut, that is $60,000. That doesn't even take into account the product sales. So go do well in school and look me up when you are done. Peace -- Rob

Where I live you have to spend a year in barber school to be a barber. Barbers have a union and union rules prohibit cutting hair at home. Of course you don't need to be a barber to own a barber shop, but you need money, and if your parents won't lend it to you, neither will anybody else. Welcome to reality.

Rules were made to be broken. If you know how to cut hair, you can always make a few bucks on the side giving haircuts.
Become a barber first
first u might want to open up a barbershop. to do that u should get a loan from a bank to open up that barbershop. that, howvere, might be a bit risky. i mean, if u dont end up paying that loan, ur gonna be in sum deep s**t.
