Would it be possible to go to both barber and cosmetology school at once?

I want to be a cosmetologist and a barber and i would like to take both courses at once. Are there any schools that offer both courses, or could i do both at once??Would it be possible to go to both barber and cosmetology school at once?
Every state is different but I don't know of any that offer the courses in combination. If you can only get one, get the cosmetology license because they can do more than a barber and many men go to beauty salons these days for haircuts and some get color or hi-lites. Also, cosmetologist typically charge more for their services than barbers.Would it be possible to go to both barber and cosmetology school at once?
Why would you want to do that? The only difference between a Barber and a Cosmetologist is the license, and Cos. can't use a blade on the face. They both learn the same things, and are able to do the same things. You won't be able to do both at once, since it is seperate licenses, and both take time to complete and is a all day thing.
I wouldn't recommend both at once; I think it'd be too much for you to do. In TX, you can complete a cosmetology program in about a year, attending class about 40 hrs per week. That's 8 hrs a day. I don't know how long barber classes take, but I think if you want both licenses, it is best to do one and then the other.
