Well, I personally think he needs to smack Jerry Jones and tell him, ';If you think you can do a better job, get your wrinkly butt out there and prove it!'; He then needs to step on his pinky toe with his cleats to drive the point home!
Jerry Jones is the laughing stock of the NFL... he just doesn't get it. Whenever people around him begin laughing, he laughs with them like he's missed some funny joke... HE'S THE JOKE!!
Why didn't Jones call Romo (aka Homo) a wussy when he missed 3 games and they lost 2 of those 3 missed games when he hurt his witty bitty pinky? I think they have a secret love affair anyway.

Of all people to question in terms of toughness, Marion Barber would certainly not have been the guy I questioned on the Dallas roster!
Marion Barber runs like he's trying to kill someone (or himself, or both) on every play. Virtually every Barber run ends in a train-wreck-like collision. So the guy has a foot injury and can't play 1 game - I'd say feet are kind of important for a RB to have healthy. Meanwhile Tony Romo misses 4 games because of a broken pinkie and Jones still loves him like a son. Pac Man Jones gets himself in trouble (again) and not a peep out of Jones there either.
I don't get Jerry Jones at all I guess.
