What do you recommend for becoming a good barber?

i am 16.. want to learn how to cut mens hair soon........so what is the best route...i want to know for college so i can make extra moneyWhat do you recommend for becoming a good barber?
I'm afraid the only way to become a good, fully capable barber is through college %26amp; years of experience. I trained for 2yrs in college to become a hairstylist/barber %26amp; even then I wasn't qualified. After college you are whats known as a junior stylist/apprentice/trainee. After 2 more yrs you qualify as a level 1 senior stylist/barber. It takes 2yrs again to become a fully qualified stylist/barber. You can become a barber without all this training but that doesn't necessarily make you a good 1. Natural flair/talent %26amp; years of experience are what make good barbers. Unfortunately its not as simple as people think. You could on the other hand ask for a Sat job or something like that in a barber shop. You would mainly be sweeping up hair %26amp; things like that but if you want to get into the business you have to start at the very bottom. What do you recommend for becoming a good barber?
one thing is study all the different styles and ask a friend or 2 if you and use them for practice, i mean if it goes badly they can always shave it, and it will be back in a month. and moms A lot of times know how so if you want ask. they might have some good advice
