What should I do about my situation with my barber?

I have a really, really good barber that I go to weekly. I have a fade/crew cut and it really grows quickly. I, however, am having trouble affording him. I was wondering, should I go to someone else who is almost as good but cheaper? I am having trouble with this decision because he can tell really well if you have been somewhere else, so once I stop, I know I won't be able to go back.What should I do about my situation with my barber?
just explain your situation to him, i have had a few people tell me they can afford my prices,





and although sad to see them go the door is aways left open for them should they decide to come back (which they most often do).

Isn't it funny how we don't want to offend our hairdressers/barbers?? I'm the same way with my dentist - I feel bad if I ';cheat'; on him, even though some procedures are cheaper elsewhere. Hey, do what you can afford, is what it comes down to. It's not like you have to settle for a God-awful cut with the cheaper guy, so just do that if it's easier on your finances. I would just be honest, let your barber know your situation, he'll be glad you came back to him when you can afford him again. FOR REAL
well since you claim to be such a loyal customer maybe hell give you a break and cut the price for you.
